In this weekly class you'll do beginner level barre exercises and super simple centre combos to get limber and ready dance along to your favourite pop tracks.
~ All Levels Welcome! ~
Use your kitchen counter or a chair as a barre, no fancy equipment or prior dance experience needed - just bring your self, some socks/dance slippers and clothes you can move in.
